Its amazing what response we got in only one year. If you go to
the Mentorship link you will see that there
are a lot of people all over the world who are looking for guidance in
our industry. In the beginning, we had too many people applying for
a mentor and not enough mentors. This was because of two things:
To be a mentor to an applicant, simply email them directly. There are no other guidelines or qualifications. There are a lot of applicants, and new ones are coming in daily. Many friendships have been made over the course of a year. Its a great feeling knowing that someone else is benefiting from our knowledge, so take the first step, and reach out to someone who can learn from your experiences.
There are a number of new links this year. Please let me know if there are any links you'd like to see added to our list.
You may have noticed that there are no interviews by men on the site yet. This will change in our next version. I have had an incredible response by men. I really think everyone could benefit from hearing what they have to offer.
It has been suggested that we try to put up a bulletin Board or conversation topic in addition to just the feedback page. We are looking into this for the next version as well.
