Coming
into our 4th year running, we're very excited to see how fast the site is
growing. Not only are we getting more and more interviews for you to read,
but we're receiving up to 45,000 hits per month! A great big thanks to all
who have logged on and participated.
We have a whole new set of interviews to share for 2000. This is the first year that we have featured interviews from men who are sharing their unique perspective about women in the animation work place.
We've also updated our interview questionnaire. If you'd like to participate in this site, please review it, and submit an interview for yourself! If this is your first time on this site, please feel free to read about how it all started with my introduction from the 1997, 1998, or 1999 editions.
Our MentorshipDatabase continues to grow, and we may begin implementing an expiration policy soon to handle the overwhelming number of resumes that have been posted. Please take a few moments to see the list of diversified world of people looking for guidance in our exciting industry. Over this recent year, we've had a great number of Mentors begin to work with these enthusiastic people, you can find more about some of their experiences on our Mentorship Sharing Page.
